We have started a number of projects and are in need of an experienced full-time Outsource Project Manager. As an Outsource Manager, you will be responsible for vendor search and recruitment, building outstanding relationships, onboarding, and efficient management. You will ensure high levels of motivation and commitment to the vendors

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Optimize and improve outsource best practices and pipeline

• Continuously search and establish great relationships with new vendors

• Manage vendor general company onboarding and project onboarding 

• Negotiate contracts, budgets, timelines with vendors

• Ensure the steady growth of the Company's talent and studio network, vendor outreach

• Ensure and coordinate the liaison with Leads/AD to provide the information needed to the vendors in time to create bids

• Ensure and coordinate the liaison with Leads/AD to gather the requirements and qualification information to find the best candidates

• Coordinate creation of  longlists of potential vendors with the Production team

• Track and regularly report to the production team on the status of potential vendors for each project

• Ensure the steady growth of the Company's talent and studio network, vendor outreach

• Manage the vendor’s performance assessment process and qualification process 

• Manage and enhance Vendor Data Base and ensure it is up-to-date

• Track and maintain high satisfaction level of the talent that is engaged on the project 

• Carry out all other related tasks

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• Relevant experience at PM, BizDev, position in video games

• Must have project management experience in the Video Game industry

• Working with and creating DataBase or and CRM

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Experience managing external, cross-discipline teams of approx. 5-20 people

• Experience in interviewing, hiring, and onboarding talent

• Capacity to analyze risk and make contingency plans

• Upper-Intermediate English level is a must
